CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES

RETURN POLICY:
Deco Beauty accepts returns for unopened, unused products within 14 days of receipt of product. Buyer pays for return shipping at this time. Deco Beauty can issue a return label to Buyer, which will be deducted from amount refunded. Deco Beauty can only issue refunds back to the original card or PayPal account used to make a purchase and returns cannot be accepted for any product that was not purchased online in the Deco Beauty store and an order number is required to initiate a return.

Email "sayhello@deco.beauty" if you would like to return an item for further instructions. 

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Deco Beauty accepts exchanges for unopened, unused products within 14 days of receipt of product. Buyer is responsible for safely sending back product to be exchanged.

MAIL DELIVERY ISSUES:
In the rare event that your order damaged in transit or returned to Deco Beauty's address, immediately notify Deco Beauty to look into your matter. Photos of damaged packages/products should be emailed to "sayhello@deco.beauty" and we will work with you to correct the issue.

LOST PACKAGES:
Deco Beauty ships with third-party shipping carriers and if your package is marked "delivered" by a mail carrier and you cannot locate it, Buyer must investigate the missing package by contacting the appropriate carrier via claim, and then contacting Deco Beauty to report the issue if the package is still not located. Deco has no additional information on package tracking, and the Buyer must be  the point of contact for the claim. Carriers are able to pinpoint the coordinate where a package was scanned as "delivered". Deco Beauty suggests checking with neighbors for missing packages as most mis-deliveries (especially around holiday) are delivered to neighbors by accident.

It is the buyer's responsibility to be the point of contact for missing mail inquiries. To file a USPS claim, use their website and follow the prompts through their website.

Deco Beauty will assess each missing package situation on a case by case basis. If Deco Beauty sends a replacement package, Buyer will be asked to provide a new shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International post has been severely affected by COVID-19 beyond 2020 and delays are expected for all international orders shipping economy. Please select UPS or DHL services for expedited transit times.

ADDRESS ISSUES:
Your order will be sent to the address that is inputted at the time of purchase. Deco Beauty's checkout cart does not change or modify any information that customers input at checkout. Inputting an incorrect address will result in mail delivery issues. Deco Beauty does not provide complimentary expedited shipping for address errors. Please be sure to input shipping information correctly to not experience any delays in your order.

MISSING ITEMS:
If your order is missing an item, contact Deco Beauty at "sayhello@deco.beauty" within 3 business days of receiving to report the issue.

BREAKABLE ITEMS:
Deco Beauty bottles and Deco Beauty files are made from glass; handle with appropriate care.

COLORS MAY APPEAR DIFFERENT ON SCREEN:
Monitor settings are not universal, and nail lacquer colors may vary in appearance across screens. To help you see the true colors of our products, multiple pictures of the polish can be found on product pages, as well as on our Instagram page (@deco.beauty).
